currently "resting" at home cuz wasnt feeling too well the past few days, fever and all.. plus plus plus yingx and tianx all decided to pon sch cuz feeling tired so well im juz happily joining them.. =) just thinking how on earth am i gona get my mc? i dun think my dad is gona bring me to the doc today, his like working..? today's supposed to be packed with tests, e math and bio and supposedly english if thr was eng today so missing sch today means i gota retake these tests another day.. actually not very favourable but still, i've got today to study for them.. i think?
anyway since i've got the time i shall update bout my cny ya? spent it in malaysia.. whee? not really, cause i was already a little sick there.. =( i didnt leave at an unearthly hour in the end cause my mum was still busy packing, getting ready the new year goodies to bring thr and all so we left about 10am, went to some coffee shop that's opp broadrick sec and ate LOADSSS... like 1/2 roasted chicken, 1/2 white chicken, 2 plates of fried kuay teow, fishball soup, duck.. its alot alrite! but my brother was thr so we almost finished up everything.. =x but that was just the start of my eating spree.. hehx.. then we started off our journey by car which all i can remember is sleeping and listening to my ipod the whole journey! anyway so when we reached times square.. [btw to divert a little, its this shopping centre with like 10 levels and the remaining lik 40 levels on top are apartments. so we have an apartment there] we put down our stuff and went downstairs to buy movie tickets for the next night since we had nothing to do.. we decided on "fearless" the jet li show.. wasnt too excited bout it lahx, isnt really my cup of tea.. that night we went over to my grandfather's house for reunion dinner and i must say that every year, the spread of food is simply gigantic.. so i ate ate ate AGAIN! after that my cousins and uncle+ brother watched csi, which i was like so totally not interested in so i talked to my auntie with my mum about like what course i wanna further in future and all and seriously right now, its still a blur to me as to what sub and what career i would wanna venture in.. my aunt is this woman who has everything planned out for her daughters and sometimes i really pity them cause they just have to follow whatever she has planned for them and their like forced to like whatever my aunt chooses for them.. which i think is totally crap. come on its ur own life. lead it ur way. not ur mum's! im so glad my mum isnt really exactly like her. phew.
nxt morn was cny itself. dressed up for the occasion, took lotsa pictures w my family [their actually quite vain too!] den we left for my grand father's house.. it was time for my dad to gif us OUR ang bao rite? but instead, he gave us each a paper with questions and we were supposed to answer it and the number of right answers determined the amt of money we were gona get.. the questions were all abt our family, like birthdates, my granddad's full name, my dad's company, my mum's fav food, their anniversary and all.. which i did better than my bro cuz he cant remember all the dates. that was supposedly paper 2.. paper 1 was like essay question where we were supposed to write " my greetings to dad and mum" so i just sucked up and all.. putting all those nice nice words in.. in the end i got 20 for paper 1 and 70 for paper 2.. sounds to exam-ish rite? so that was worth $90.. so little rite? but that wasnt all, the bigger ang bao was $500 given to us.. wheee.. now thats what im talking about mans.. thanks dad!
actually thats probably the happening things these few days already, the rest of the time we were just slacking and watching dvds. didnt get to shop much cause the shops were closed for cny!! -sobx- but i bought pink shoes and pink sun glasses.. yayyx.. haha.. okay i shall stop here, i think i wanna study bio now.. tata~
